Problem Note 46755: Defining an ACROSS column in PROC REPORT and specifying the NOHEADER option might generate errors with the SASREPORT ODS destination

The following error message might be generated when specifying the NOHEADER option in PROC REPORT along with defining a column with the usage of ACROSS:
ERROR: Event Stack Underflow.
The error is most likely to occur when generating output with the SASREPORT ODS destination.
There is currently no circumvention for this problem.
